We welcome your application for the position of Teen Empowerment Coordinator to lead professional recreation work involving equitable teen empowerment and resiliency programs and serve as a critical/essential connection amongst teens, community partners and the organization. An Associate' degree or college-level coursework in relevant field; and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in youth leadership; or any combination of relevant education and experience equivalent to 4 years are required. The individual hired must possess a valid state driver' license by the time of hire. We offer an annual salary range of $44,470- $58,177, and an attractive benefits package which includes paid parental leave, competitive health and dental insurance, flexible spending options, tuition reimbursement and student loan forgiveness.
