Direct Caregivers are an important part of the lives of the residents of River Bend. They assist them in many aspects of their days. Often more than employees, they become companions as our residents go about daily life at River Bend. Become part of this close knit team.

A Direct Care Worker assists with resident cares, food service, housekeeping/laundry and other services as needed.

• Be familiar with all Community job descriptions and fill in, as needed or requested.
• Document health care given according to policies.
• Perform med reminders or management.
• Accompany/transport residents, as needed, within the Community, and outside the Community, as requested or needed.
