REPORTS TO:   Environmental Services Director of Grand Meadows Campus

POSITION:       Primary responsibility is grounds keeping for Luther Manor Communities. Also, assist in providing maintenance necessary for the care of facility creating a pleasant and comfortable physical environment for residents, employees and general public.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience working with painting, construction, and groundskeeping preferred.
• Regular attendance is required.
• Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
