Job Overview

Parco Ltd/ROC Taproom is seeking an Information Technology Professional to join our staff in Dubuque, Iowa. This is a full-time position. Responsible for support of Computers, Printers, Registers, Servers, Order Confirmation Displays, TV's, Camera Systems, and software applications.

Parco Ltd/ROC Taproom has 32 locations in Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, and Minnesota.

Troubleshoot problems and advise appropriate actions
Provide assistance to all locations via phone, remote access, email, travel
Working with Help Desks, ISP's and Firewall to resolve issues.
Hardware and Software issues
Knowledge of PCI Compliance is a plus
Setting and Install new equipment and allowing smooth transitions
Some travel required
