Room Attendant

Job Overview

We are looking for room attendants to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our hotel guests at the highest starting wage. Room attendant responsibilites include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and cleaning the public area. You will also address guest requests and make sure our rooms are fully stocked, clean, and inviting at all times. Duties/Responsibilities

• Change bed linen and make beds
• Replace used towels
• Sweep and mop the floors
• Vacuum carpets
• Dust all surfaces
• Replenish toiletries
• Clean and disinfect toilet, bathroom sinks, showers, whirlpool, and floors
• Clean windows
• Make sheet packs for the next day
• Load dishes into the dishwasher
• Vacuum hallways
• Clean the ice machine
• Deep clean rooms
• Clean public areas
• Report any technical issues and maintenance needs
• Address guest request (additional service)
• Ensure all your assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of your shift
