Customer Service Representative

Job Overview

Sedona Staffing Services has partnered with a Customer Service Based client in Postville, IA to find Customer Serivce Representatives to join their team! This is a direct hire position with first shift hours, scheduled Monday - Friday. Pay starts between $14-$16/hr + commission. 

This position is expected to start Late January.

Best fit candidates will have:

• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience 
• Must be very comfortable using computers with experience in GoogleDocs, spreadsheets, and Zoom
• Ability to cooperate with and support other members of customer service team
• Excellent communication skills
• Outgoing, organized, and self-motivated
• Potential ability to travel up to 3 times per year to tradeshows
