Non-Profit Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

Job Overview

Looking to make a difference in the community? A local nonprofit, Two by Two, is looking to add to their team! If you are looking for a fun, relaxed, and flexible work environment, this may be the position for you! In this position, you would be responsible for providing administrative support and conducting general office duties.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office
Perform daily office duties: process mail/email; edit/mail donor letters; update sales and/or donor database
Assist with preparation for board/committee meetings
Pack and ship educational materials
Monitor and maintain supplies and inventory
Bookkeeping
Manage Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
Coordinate volunteer and special events

Skills:

Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
Knowledge of QuickBooks required
Experience in proofreading and editing

Hours: Part-time, 20-30 hours/week!
