Today, TRICOR has 34 locations across Wisconsin, Illinois and an office in Dubuque, IA.  We don’t just sell insurance—our calling, really, is to impact the businesses, individuals, families, and communities where we live and work. Th e Team Lead position may work from any TRICOR location and will lead a group of Account Managers

What you'll do:

• Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, coordination of day-to-day training; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
• Monitor Account Manager books of business, workload, and audit workflow procedures of the Account Manager
• Focus on client retention
• Establish & maintain close relationships with insurance carriers/underwriters to maximize effectiveness with clients
• Review & evaluate new and existing policies
• Complete & submit applications
• Review quotations, prepare proposals, cross-sell & upgrade coverage
• Promote TRICOR in the community
