Fleet Uptime Coordinator

Truck Country, one of the largest Family-owned Freightliner dealerships in the US, has an opening for a Fleet Uptime Coordinator in Dubuque, IA.

This position supports our large Fleet customers to get their equipment back on the road when they have an unscheduled service event. We make calls on their behalf, help locate parts, track, and communicate action plans. A successful candidate should thrive in a fast- paced environment, have excellent computer skills, including the use of Outlook, Excel, and Word documents. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills, with attention to details. They must be able to communicate professionally, with customers and co-workers. This is a salary position, with the pay to align with relevant experience. Depending on the candidate and qualifications, this could be an onsite customer facing position within our group; technical/mechanical experience is not a requirement but would be a beneficial skill set.
