Cleaning-Janitorial 2nd Shift

Job Overview

Midwest Janitorial Service, Inc. is looking to hire 1 or 2 part-time cleaning positions. Must pass client background screening to access the facility.

The position is Monday - Friday for 2.50 hours per day. Flexible start time between 5-8 pm. Additional hours are available in other facilities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• General cleaning, disinfecting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, break room cleaning, dusting, and trash removal.
• Must be able to bend, twist, squat, and lift 20 lbs. — 40 lbs. and be on feet the entire shift.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility
• Must pass a background check
• Must adhere to the company' and client's safety policies to create a safe work environment for everyone.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• A high degree of professionalism
• Exceptional customer service skills as work may be performed around client
• High attention to detail
• Reliable
• Self-Motivated
• Able to Work with Others

Wage varies by facility assigned. Some facilities offer a Performance/Attendance Bonus of up to $2.00 more per hour. The facilities require a highly detailed, reliable person. Clients paying for this incentive expect the highest level of service.
