Part-Time Commercial Office Cleaner

Job Overview

Job Type: Part-Time

Salary: $12.50 /hour (during training - 30 days) then increases to $14.00. Bonus pay up to 10% above base salary is possible with performance review done quarterly.

This opportunity begins and ends in Dubuque, IA. Cleaning locations are in Dubuque and Key West.

Hours are Monday through Friday, approximately 4:30 pm - 9:30 pm, Start times and end times may vary depending on the day.

Job Description:

Looking for a way to earn extra money outside of your current job? Our commercial cleaning service is seeking reliable and trustworthy individuals to join our team as part-time cleaners in Dubuque, IA. As a cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' commercial offices are kept clean and organized.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain clients' commercial offices to a high standard
• Follow cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all areas are covered
• Communicate effectively with clients and the management team
• Ensure that cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license, car insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle
• Able to pass a background check
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 35 lbs without risk of injury
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Must have a cell phone that is always accessible and able to download a cleaning app
• Eligible to work in the United States
