SALES & MARKETING ANALYST

Location: Dubuque, IA office

Understanding and marketing to today’s buyer can be both difficult and paramount – which is why we need you! We are hiring a versatile Sales & Marketing Analyst to help us drive actionable insights through data.

As a member of the marketing team, you will have broad exposure across the entire organization, and will be responsible for supporting the business through reporting and data analysis. Your work will have a direct impact on decision making and will enable strategic marketing programs. The Marketing Analyst also owns our sales and marketing database (Salesforce/Pardot), overseeing data quality and automated sales and marketing workflows. Our ideal candidate is a go-getter, analytical, resourceful, and a natural problem solver. You should be able to establish credibility and rapport quickly, and be extremely savvy in Excel and data analytics/visualization tools. 

In this role, you’ll be challenged to balance detail-oriented problem solving with big-picture strategy and will be trusted to assist in a variety of work:

• Collect and analyze data across multi-channel marketing initiatives and audience segments

• Translate data into actionable recommendations for the business

• Create data visualizations and narratives to help tell your story

• Track and forecast marketing performance metrics

• Become an expert in our current data management systems (Salesforce, Pardot, Zoominfo)

• Work with sales teams to create process efficiencies through the use of technology
