Position Specifics:

Department: Service

Reports to: Service Manager or Service Location Manager

Supervises: None

Purpose:

Performs maintenance duties including washing and detailing of equipment as well as serve as safety coordinator and assist in coordinating customer pick-ups and deliveries in the Lawn and Garden Shop.

Responsibilities:

• Keep all facilities neat and organized including the shop, parts and showroom.
• Performs any maintenance to the buildings as instructed.
• Washing and detailing of equipment.
• Keep the lot neat and organized.
• Lawn mowing and snow removal.
• Maintenance of service trucks/pickups as needed.
• Perform shop equipment maintenance.
• Perform light repair work in the Lawn and Garden Shop.
• Coordinate safety inspections and safety meetings.
• Help with deliveries when needed.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries for the Lawn and Garden Shop.
• All other duties assigned by Management.

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

• Ability to lift items weighing upwards to 75 lbs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Computer experience is preferred.
• Great customer service skills.
• Ability to perform multiple duties as assigned.
• Basic knowledge of equipment safety procedure.
• Ability to obtain medical card.
