Join the HODGE Warehouse Team in Dubuque, IA! As a Warehouse Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating the work direction of the department. Train, coach, help evaluate and make recommendations regarding personnel. Motivate and inspire the team to work through challenges and celebrate success together. Communicate with internal and external teams via phone, email, and face-to-face. If you have previous experience as a Team Lead, Production Line Lead, Traffic Clerk, Supply Management, Production Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, Logistics Specialist, Shipping or Receiving Supervisor this could be a great opportunity for you.

Full-time hours available:
  • 2nd Shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM), overtime/weekends as needed 
 
What You Need
  • An awesome attitude
  • Ability to lead and motivate team members in a fast-paced environment
  • High School Diploma, GED or continuing education 
  • Forklift experience highly desired, but on the job, training provided
  • Intermediate computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Tools)
  • RF Scan gun experience a plus
  • SAP experience highly desired
