Seeking a Team Lead who will work in this leadership team to assist teammates with daily production plans, partner closely with the shift supervisor and be a working hands-on leader. The right fit candidate will have work experience with reading blueprints, understanding of engineering drawings, and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and practices. This opportunity is within the Welding Department and is a Direct Hire where the right fit candidate will go directly onto the hiring company’s payroll and be eligible for benefits.

What we’d like you to bring to the opportunity:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years’ experience preferred. 
• Experience working with blueprints, engineering drawings or other specifications.
• Knowledge of manufacturing process.
• Knowledge of quality measurement tools.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong positive attitude and a team player.
