How will you make an impact?

You will aid in making decisions on how we can continue to grow and mature in what it means to follow a governed approach to data. 

 

Who will you be working with?

A data governance leader collaborating with and auditing the business and technical support groups (i.e. enterprise GTS/IT department, divisional level group, business department, etc) while providing data quality analyst and development services.

 

What do we expect from you?
Understanding relational databases theories and principles, SQL languages, data warehouses, master data management and IDQ (Informatica Data Quality) / EDC.

 

Location: India(Remote)

What you role looks like:

  • Work on tools rated as visionary leader by Gartner, such as Informatica’s Enterprise Data Catalog, Data Quality and Axon, to continue to build out and grow the data governance program
  • Work on end to end data cataloging and data classification technical implementation utilizing Informatica EDC (Enterprise Data Catalog) and Informatica Axon
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements around data classification and data quality rules and propose the optimization of these rules if applicable, then design and develop these rules within IDQ (Informatica Data Quality) and EDC
  • Develop data quality business rules and data synchronization checks (based on data lineage) to gather DQ metrics
  • Perform data cataloging and classification with metadata, data and reference data, and identify and fix false positive and false negatives with collaboration from business teams

We are looking for someone having:

  • 2+ years of experience in data cataloging, data analysis, data quality, master data management initiatives
  • Experience with relational DBMS, such as Oracle, MSSql
  • Experience with data quality software, such as Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services, Informatica Data Quality, or Informatica PowerCenter
  • Experience with Informatica’s Enterprise Data Catalog preferred
