Express Employment has partnered with a reputable Cascade company and is currently seeking a skilled Service Manager. As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the service team, delegating tasks, and ensuring the team meets its objectives and sales goals. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the company's high standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Delegate and direct service tasks to the team, monitoring the progress of current projects and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage service team members, providing feedback, training, and coaching to help them achieve their objectives and sales goals.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, aiming to maintain positive customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Assist with or perform various administrative tasks, including managing and updating invoices, processing new orders, and tracking inventory.
- Audit work and customer service to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are consistently met.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and effective service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, implementing best practices to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the service industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate tasks, provide guidance, and motivate a team.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle complaints or concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Proficient in handling administrative tasks, including managing invoices, processing orders, and tracking inventory.
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and other departments.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges and find effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and a commitment to staying updated on new trends and advancements.
Additional Information: This is a full-time position with a salary in the range of $50,000 to $55,000 per year. As the Service Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our service team and maintaining strong customer relationships.
