Job Overview

Hotel Julien Dubuque is looking for a Spa Manager to join our team. The Spa Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the spa and providing leadership and direction to the team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all spa operations and ensure that all staff are meeting all client expectations
• Oversee all staff activities and ensure that staff are meeting all client service standards
• Ensure that all staff are complying with COVID-19 protocols
• Manage budget and financial statements for the spa
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, clients, and other spa providers (when necessary)
• Maintain inventory in a timely manner while meeting our company standards
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and sanitary environment for the clients and staff to work in
• Maintain a cleanliness at all times in the spa including but not limited to: shampooing, facial treatments, body treatments, hair cuts, blow-outs, etc.
• Oversee staff schedules and ensure that all staff are on time each day
• Oversee all bookings (staff scheduling) and ensure that we have sufficient supply of appointments available each day.
• Oversee all cash handling procedures including deposits, invoices, receipts, etc.
• Ensure that all payments are made to the spa owner (in a timely manner)
• Oversee all billing procedures (cash deposits, credit card transactions) for each guest visit or appointment.
