Job Overview
MedOne is seeking a Data Analyst/Operator to perform a variety of processes and procedures with minimal support. Responsible for reviewing and validating incoming and outgoing file transfers as well as performing internal processing, loading, and reporting on specific processes and procedures. Must perform duties in accordance with policies and procedures.

Essential Job Functions
- Work within various different systems and tools in order to diagnose, triage, communicate, and report on processes within internal and external business units.
- Work closely with developers, end-users, and upper management to create, diagnose, fix, report, and coordinate data across the business landscape.
- Create efficiencies and find ways to make processes and procedures more efficient and accurate.
- Update outdated and old processes to new standards and create new processes and procedures.
- Perform routine troubleshooting, upgrading, repairing, and eminence of current systems and processes.
- Be the first level of support for end users as well as a router for issues that need to be elevated to a higher tier of support
Position Requirements
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities required. Typically, we are looking for someone with an Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, HealthCare, Mathematics, or related fields
- A curiosity and a desire to learn new systems in order to expand one’s technical skills.
- Great problem-solving skills and the ability to deal with several layers of abstraction at the same time.
- Solid communication skills at an internal and external level as well as a technical and executive level.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or scheduled form.
Work Hours | Location
This position can be based at corporate in Dubuque, IA or remote.
Full-time, salaried position, minimum of 40 hours per week
