Property Manager for its affordable
housing community on the south end
of downtown Dubuque. This is a great
opportunity for a candidate with strong
people, administrative, and marketing
skills. Property is a well-maintained
and managed 88-unit elevator
building for seniors and disabled
adults. College degree in liberal arts
or business required. Microsoft office
or Google proficiency. Prefer real
estate experience. License a plus. We
