SimonΓÇÖs Trucking is in search of a Safety & Recruiting Assistant that will be responsible in providing administrative support to the Safety & Recruiting Manager. This is an entry level position that will assist our Safety Department in maintaining compliance with state, federal and employer safety regulations and policies as well as assisting in recruiting and orientation.
Qualifications include:
ΓÇó Time management and ability to meet deadlines
ΓÇó Team-oriented
ΓÇó Willing to learn new skills to help in the success of the safety department
ΓÇó Verbal and written communication skills
ΓÇó Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
ΓÇó Problem-solving and decision making
ΓÇó Proactivity and self-direction
ΓÇó Interpersonal skills
ΓÇó CDL A is a plus but not mandatory
