Dubuque, IA  – on site

Monday – Friday (+ On-call rotation)

Wage: up to $26 per hour

A leading property management company dedicated to providing top-notch service and maintaining the high standards of quality for their properties and facilities. This opportunity is located in Dubuque, IA and is a direct hire opportunity. Meaning, the right fit candidate will go directly onto the hiring company’s payroll and receive company provided benefits.

What you get to do:

• Performing various maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
• Perform preventative maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment.
• Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses.
• Assist with stock control and utilization of maintenance materials / parts
• Assisting with property improvement projects as needed.
• Being available for on-call emergencies on a rotating basis.

What we’d like you to bring to the opportunity:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in maintenance focused role (preferred)
• Proficiency with the use of hand and power tools
• Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent
• Proven ability to interpret miscellaneous drawing and schematics.
