A.Y. McDonald Mfg. Co. has a full-time opportunity for a ERP/Epicor Administrator.

A.Y. McDonald Mfg. Co. is a major manufacturer of water works valves and fittings, high-pressure gas valves, and residential and commercial water pumping systems. The company is privately owned and has a history of quality products since its founding in 1856.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Configure and customize the Epicor ERP system to align with the organization's business processes and requirements.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings to control access to sensitive data and functionality.
• Perform routine system maintenance, updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure the system's stability and security.
• Provide technical support to end-users, addressing inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting problems related to the ERP system.
• Train new users on system functionalities and best practices to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years' experience in associated field

Daily commute required.
