RIE Coatings is hiring 3rd Shift Machine Operators
General Description: 3rd Shift Machine Operators are responsible for ensuring scheduled parts are pretreated, coated properly and completed in a timely manner with a safety and quality first mindset.

Job Duties: General job duties for a Machine Operator include, but not limited to, operating a dip spin coating machine, moving product from staging to completed areas, checking coatings for viscosity, quality checking parts, completing all necessary logs and paperwork, etc. To see a glimpse of what we do, watch the video on our website: https://riecoatings.com/about/
Shift Hours: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am Sunday night through Thursday. Paid on-the-job training will be done on 1st shift (7AM-3PM) for the first 4-6 weeks until certified in all areas. No experience necessary, but a drive to learn and always asking the whys will help you get certified in no time!
Pay: $17.50/hour plus a $2.50/hour shift differential, so $20/hour for 3rd shift! Increase opportunities at 3, 6, & 12 months, and then annually. You are rewarded for your hard work and dedication!
Bonuses: $500-$1,000 Quarterly profit-sharing bonuses based on achievement of production targets. That is 4 bonuses per work year. If the company does well, we spread the wealth to the ones that earned it!

Requirements: All positions require you to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis; have a full range of motion, bending, lifting, reaching, grabbing, twisting, etc.; be on your feet for long periods of time; and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
