WELDING/FABRICATOR

Sedona Staffing is seeking a temporary Fabricator/Welder for a local manufacturing company in Cascade, IA. Qualified candidates will be manufacturing steel rebar used in building construction projects by cutting, bending, tying, welding and performing other processes to meet project materials specifications. 

Monday- Friday 8am - 4:30pm      $17.50 per hour

Duties include, but not limited to: 

• Unload trailers and store material in storage bins.
• Operate a shearing machine to cut reinforcing steel bars to specific lengths.
• Operate a bending machine to bend reinforcing steel bars to specified shape.
• Operate forklift to move, assemble and select material to be fabricated or shipped.
• Assemble and load orders onto trailers for shipping.
• Maintain the shop or designated area in a clean and safe manner.
• Assist other employees in any of the above tasks.
• Be able to stick weld or MIG weld
• Adhere to safety programs and standards.
