• Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, faculty, and career centers for successful campus recruitment initiatives.
• Plan and execute engaging on-campus events, career fairs, and information sessions to increase our brand presence and attract top-tier candidates.
• Identify, engage, and assess high-potential candidates through various channels, including social media and direct outreach.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate support while working closely with hiring managers to meet recruitment needs.
• Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong relationship-building skills and organizational abilities to manage multiple campus recruitment activities.
