Job Overview
1st shift Automation Tender
Hours: 1st shift 5:00 am – 1:20 pm with mandatory overtime to 3:20 pm and Saturdays as needed.
Wage: $23.44/hour plus excellent benefits
Automation Tender Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Use all types of mechanical and non-mechanical hand tools.
- Set dies in all automatic presses.
- Set material in cradle and spindle.
- Adjust feeder and straighteners for each job.
- Set electrical sensors and feeder stops.
- Use all types of measuring and inspection tool equipment, micrometers, ruler, vernier, and all type of gauges and plugs.
- Operate a forklift safely.
- Must complete PMA Automation Training System.
- Run sample parts for Quality Team Inspections.
- Duties are not all inclusive and are subject to change.
