Your Responsibilities
As a Program Manager for our Psychiatric Medical Institution for Children (PMIC) Molitore and Supervised Apartment Living (SAL) programs, your primary responsibilities include leading a team of direct care professionals by serving as the program leader for our organization’s child welfare programming. In addition, you will be:
- Providing direct supervision of a team of direct support professionals
- Overseeing the scheduling of team members to ensure compliance with staff ratios
- Monitoring compliance with all required documentation including daily logs, incident reporting, and medication management
- Providing staff development and support to all direct support professionals
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in human service-related field preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required (GED or NCR accepted)
- 1-3 years’ experience working in a residential treatment program preferred
- 1-3 years’ supervisory experience preferred
- Acceptable agency driver
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

About the Program
Hillcrest provides residential treatment programs for behaviorally challenged teens that are highly respected and nationally accredited. We are one of only a few providers in the State of Iowa that provides a full continuum of residential services on one beautifully landscaped campus with excellent facilities, located in Dubuque, Iowa. These continuum of services include supervised apartment living, a dual-diagnosis Psychiatric Medical Institution for Children (PMIC), therapy and medication management, children mobile crisis services, and Integrated Health Home programming.
