Learning Solutions Consultant - Schools
We are growing and developing our Direct Instruction business across UK schools. We are seeking a motivated, driven, and learning-focused Learning Solutions Consultant. We need an individual who can promote and sell our school products and services to special education centres, learning centres, primary, and secondary schools. The goal is to introduce school leaders to the most innovative teaching platforms, and curriculum, that will help them deliver the most engaging units of study.
What is this about?
Looking after our existing and targeted customers, whilst adopting a consultative selling approach, you will leverage your in-depth understanding of the academic landscape to build strong relationships with your customers. Then, as our new Learning Solutions Consultant, you will overachieve your sales targets, increase market share, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive revenue. This is a 360 sales position, so you be responsible for closing your own business and maintaining a strong and prosperous pipeline.
What you will be doing:
- Identifying and seek out key decisions makers at academic institutions.
- Understanding your customer needs, challenges, and objectives so you can position our products and services effectively.
- Executing sales strategies – target new institutions, research their needs, and tailor presentations to showcase how our solutions align with their goals.
- Continuously monitor and analyse the academic market. Identifying emerging trends, competitor analysis, and share insights that will help to refine the sales strategy.
- Developing a deep understanding of our educational offerings – namely the Intervention/Direct Instruction programs.
- Building and managing sales pipelines.
What can you bring to the role?
- An assured understanding of the UK schools academic landscape.
- It would be highly advantageous if you possess knowledge of the Direct Instruction program.
- It would also be preferable if you have experience working within the remedial or SEND educational sector.
- A passion and hunger for success.
- A willingness to travel across the UK so you can foster and build excellent working relationships with your customers.
- Solution-selling and/or consultative sales experience is desired but not essential.
