As a Supervisor, you'll be responsible for coaching and developing teams, demonstrating commitment to employee safety, and making sure work direction during the shift is being completed daily along with other leadership duties.

Here we focus on receiving, repacking, and storing material from a global supply base. When our customer needs the parts, we safely and efficiently pick the parts using heavy industrial equipment and ship it to them just-in-time.

Full-time hours available:
  • 3rd Shift (Sun - Thurs 10:00 pm - 6:30 AM)
 
What You'll Do
  • Establish employee environment regarding communication, feedback and overall guidance
  • Ensure employees have appropriate training, work direction and tools to successfully do their job
  • Track, analyze, and report on Key Performance Indicators
  • Manage day-to-day H.R. related issues
  • Ensure all employees are working in a safe manner
  • Comply with all OSHA and site-specific safety and PPE requirements
  • Communicate with Customer through e-mail, phone and face-to-face correspondence
  • Work with other employees; encourage teamwork
  • Work with inventory management software daily
  • Support company’s philosophy regarding relationships to the customer, especially pertaining to Achieving Excellence Program
  • Work toward continuous quality improvement
  • Stay current with changing technology
  • Uphold, support, promote and enforce all company policies and procedures
 
Reporting to this position:  Coordinators  
 
What You Need
 
Required:
  • High School Diploma, GED or continuing education
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Intermediate computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Tools)
Preferred:
  • College degree and/or continuing education
  • Previous management experience
  • SAP software experience/knowledge
