Job Goals:
-- To provide leadership, supervisory, and administrative skills that will promote the educational development of each student attending Marshall Elementary School
-- To work closely and collaboratively as a member of the Leadership Team of the Dubuque Community District
-- To collaborate with Marshall staff and families and with the larger Dubuque community to enhance educational program and learning opportunities for Marshall students
-- To successfully reach the Iowa Standards for School Leaders

-Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment

Terms of Employment: 226-day contract beginning July 2024, or as agreed. Salary competitive and commensurate with education and experience. An attractive fringe benefit package is included.
