Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

General Description: 2nd Shift Machine Operators are responsible for operating a dip spin coating machine, moving product from staging to completed areas, checking coatings for viscosity, quality checking parts, completing all necessary logs and paperwork, etc.

2nd Shift Hours: 3:00 pm - 1:00 am Monday through Thursday. (4 Day Work Weeks!) If you are looking for overtime, this would be on Fridays. No experience is necessary, but a drive to learn and always asking the whys will help you get certified in 2 to 4 weeks!

Pay: $17.50/hour plus a $1.50/hour shift differential, so $19/hour for 2nd shift. Increase opportunities at 3, 6, & 12 months, and then annually. You are rewarded for your hard work and dedication!

Bonuses: $500-$1,000 Quarterly profit-sharing bonuses based on achievement of production targets. That is 4 bonuses per work year. If the company does well, we spread the wealth to the ones that earned it!

Requirements: All positions require you to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis; have a full range of motion, bending, lifting, reaching, grabbing, twisting, etc.; be on your feet for long periods of time; and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
