Come make an impact on the lives of learners and join us as our new Portfolio Coordinator. Your impact on the team Reporting into our Director, Portfolio Operations. You will support all Portfolio administrative functions: royalty management, product data and upkeep, contracts and payments, and training materials and upkeep. This is a remote position open to applicants within the United States.
What you will be doing:
- Train new full-time and freelance Coordinators across the Portfolio organization for a consistent and scalable administrative support system.
- Monitor flow of information across the products, marketing, sales, production, design, and other functional teams.
- Work closely with Portfolio Managers to establish and/or monitor budgets for programs and projects.
- Perform office support duties: submit invoices, order supplies, monitor supply budget, update databases to ensure data accuracy, and maintain project files.
- Interface with contract department to create work-for-hire agreements. Ensure appropriate approvals and signatures are obtained and paperwork is filed.
- Coordinate market research and development activities (send invitations; reserve room and set up conference equipment)
- Assist in development, Quality Assurance, and turnover of digital products as needed.
Were looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- The ability to collaborate with multiple teams and possess excellent communications skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- The ability to work independently and proactively.
- Prior administrative experience a plus.
The pay range for this position is up to $55,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
