Quality Assurance Technician

Job Overview

• Conduct routine inspections of products at various stages of the manufacturing process (paint line and assembly line).
• Perform in-depth quality analysis using precision measuring instruments and tools.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality issues promptly.
• Document and report non-conformities, defects, and deviations from quality standards.
• Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to improve product quality.
• Monitor and maintain the calibration of testing equipment.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of quality control documentation.

• 3 or more years of relevant quality experience in a manufacturing / production environment.
• Knowledge of quality measuring tools: calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc
• Working knowledge of powder /w et paint ling and assembly is preferred.
• Associate degree preferred. High school diploma or GED required.
