The ASHRO Lifestyle Brand Marketing Internship will begin in May and end in December 2024.

What You’ll Do & Learn:
This internship offers a unique, hands-on experience, focused solely on the Ashro brand and one target customer, that encompasses marketing, creative, and branding. We are seeking an intern who will be as passionate about this bold and vibrant customer as we are.
Your experience will offer exposure to brand strategy including digital, social media & content marketing. There will also be projects related to customer engagement and market research. Finally, there may be projects related to copywriting and creative insights depending on your areas of interest.
Another unique facet of this internship is participating on the Ashro Community Council where we evaluate and choose charities to support positively impacting the Black community. This includes some key non-profit partnerships that you will help facilitate and nurture.
We are seeking an intern who will be as passionate about this bold and vibrant customer as we are. Ideally you will be working towards a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Retail & Consumer Behaviors, Entrepreneurship, Management, or similar degree.
In addition, you must have:
• At least Junior standing; recent graduates will be considered
• A cumulative GPA of 2.80 or higher
• A strong desire to learn and professional drive
• Demonstrated project and self-management skills
• A passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have a basic understanding of business strategies and different marketing techniques
We value onsite collaboration so this role requires onsite work in our Monroe office Tuesday - Thursday. There is generally flexibility to work remotely for up to 2 days per week. To take advantage of the remote work option, you must have reliable, high-speed internet and appropriate home office ergonomics.
