How can you make an Impact?
As a Senior Assessment Technical Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our digital assessment tools. Your vision and leadership will directly influence how educators evaluate and improve student learning outcomes. In this role, you will drive the strategy, development, and implementation of cutting-edge assessment platform solutions, ensuring they are effective, user-friendly, and impactful.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for digital assessment products, aligning with company goals and market needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including UX, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Support, to deliver exceptional products.
- Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to gather insights and identify market opportunities.
- Champion the voice of the user, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of usability and effectiveness.
- Oversee the product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and iteration.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to keep our offerings at the forefront of educational technology.
What We Look For:
- 4+ years of product management experience.
- A proven ability to capture and understand the impact of the experiences you build with your team. You should have a strong opinion about what success means and be able to use data to inform decisions and demonstrate success.
- Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable plans.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a talent for inspiring teams and stakeholders.
- A deep understanding of the educational technology landscape, particularly digital assessment tools.
- Proven track record of delivering user-centric, impactful products at scale.
- Ability to handle complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in K-12 or higher education sectors.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in educational assessment and technology.

The pay range for this position is between $120,000 - $150,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
