Learning Experience Design Specialist

Job Overview

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze training needs and develop learning objectives.
• Design and develop engaging and interactive training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and job aids.
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create effective learning experiences.
• Incorporate multimedia elements, such as graphics, animations, and simulations, to enhance learning outcomes.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
• Daily tasks include: authoring eLearning courses; filming and editing video; creating illustrations and animations; and capturing and editing photos.

• Experience in instructional design and development, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting or 2 years of graphic design experience, video editing and proven proficiency in Adobe (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator).
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and learning management systems (Preferred)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
