HOTEL MAINTENANCE PERSON

Job Overview

Working in hotel maintenance, you are responsible for keeping the hotel maintained and fixing any errors that are needed. This can include but not limited to cleaning carpets in guest rooms, repairing walls, diagnosing HVAC issues, putting new light bulbs in the hotels outdoor and indoor lamps, and performing general cleaning tasks inside and outside the building.

Other hotel maintenance duties could include

-Repainting walls

-Fixing broken furniture

-Fixing minor electrical issues

-Leaky faucets

You can expect physically demanding work that includes using tools and equipment, moving around most of the day, having to climb ladders, lift heavy items and crawl in tight spaces when necessary.
