Your Responsibilities

The Infrastructure Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the organization’s technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and security of systems that support our staff and clients’ needs. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic planning, and a compassionate understanding of the unique requirements of a behavioral health setting. In addition, you will:

  • Manage and maintain all networking hardware, servers, and associated technology to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and support of IT systems, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), network segments, and other data communication systems.
  • Patch and update network and server systems as needed to maintain a strong security posture.
  • Ensure data privacy and compliance with health information regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Provide technical support and training for staff, addressing any IT-related queries or issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery procedures to minimize downtime and data loss.
  • Collaborate with program leadership to assess and address the technological needs of the organization.
  • Stay abreast of new technologies and propose upgrades and improvements to keep the infrastructure modern and secure.
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Will consider appropriate experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in a healthcare or non-profit setting.
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure, database systems, and cloud services.
  • Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to healthcare data.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on service orientation.
  • Familiar with ITIL Framework

Skills and Experience

  • Direct experience migrating files from on-premises to Microsoft SharePoint Online.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Exchange Online, Teams and Entra administration.
  • Management of Ring Central VOIP.
  • Deployment, configuration and patching of Aruba networking products.
  • Sophos Firewall administration
