Director of Finance

Job Overview

• Manage financial functions, and strategy including cost and general accounting activities, product costing and capacity planning, and time studies.
• Develop and maintain financial strategies to support business objectives and drive growth.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving profitability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and financial best practices.
• Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to optimize working capital.
• Oversee risk management and insurance activities.
• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Education: Bachelor degree in accounting required. Advanced degree a plus. 
• Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive accounting management experience
• We are seeking a candidate who can build relationships, has emotional awareness, and be able to collaborate with a diverse group of peers, colleagues and external stakeholders. You should be comfortable in the boardroom and “in the trenches” with your team to get the task at hand completed.
