Service Technician

Location: Dubuque, IA

Position Type: Full-Time

Compensation:

• $20-$22 per hour for apprentices
• $25-$30 per hour for experienced, certified technicians

Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Description: We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join a local company's team. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
• Learn and apply trade skills through an apprenticeship program
• Use tools and equipment effectively and safely
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Construction or mechanical background preferred
• Willingness to learn and complete a year-long apprenticeship program
• Certified HVAC technicians are highly desirable
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic and reliability
