Monday – Thursday 7:30a – 4:3-pm
Pay Range: $40 to $45 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Sedona is partnering with a local Dental firm seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about oral health and committed to providing exceptional patient care. This position offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment alongside experienced dental professionals. This is a direct hire opportunity, meaning the right fit candidate would go directly onto the hiring company’s payroll and be eligible for benefits, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including but not limited to prophylaxis, scaling and root planning, and periodontal maintenance.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, proper nutrition, and preventive dental care.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays) as needed.
- Assist dentists during procedures and maintain accurate patient records.
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment according to infection control guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
- Current state license to practice dental hygiene in Iowa.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to patient confidentiality.
