Summary:

Assists the Marketing department with maintaining and updating product information, product attributes, images, submittals, instruction sheets, literature, and videos on the company website. Will work to get all data loaded into PIM (Product Information Management) database. Also assists with day-to-day marketing projects as necessary. This internship gives the intern valuable, real-world experience; as well as providing the Marketing team with additional support.

Responsibilities:

• Update product information, product attributes, images, submittals, instruction sheets, literature, and videos on company’s PIM (Product Information Management) database which will directly feed into the company’s public website. Ensures product literature and submittals are linked to appropriate pages.
• Assists in maintaining and updating the department’s photo library.
• Assists in maintaining and updating the department’s product submittal library.
• Assists in maintaining and updating the department’s product instruction sheet library.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Marketing / Advertising student working on an Associate degree (A. A.) or Bachelor’s degree.
