Job Overview
Reports to: Superintendent of Schools
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in an area relevant to assigned responsibility
- Appropriate State Department of Education certification (ability to obtain evaluator approval)

Performance Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate attendance initiatives, including truancy mediations and referrals to the county attorney.
- Oversee and coordinate guidance and counseling program, life coaches and connectors.
- Oversee and coordinate applicable grants that support student services.
- Oversee and coordinate programs that foster family engagement.
- Oversee and coordinate student records.
- Oversee and coordinate homeless program and foster care.
- Oversee non-curriculum health services.
- Oversee district 504’s
- Oversee and coordinate district home school and home bound programs.
- Maintain community connections with student resources and agencies.
- Assist with curriculum and instruction projects/tasks as assigned.
- Assist in developing long-range and annual improvement goals which may realistically be met by schools and the district and which meet state and federal requirements.
- Develop and coordinate district-wide research projects that will provide information concerning the instructional program.
- Oversee translation and interpretation.
- Perform such other duties as may from time to time be assigned.
Terms of Employment:
260 day contract beginning July 1st, 2024. Salary: competitive and commensurate with education and experience. An attractive fringe benefit package is included.
