Customer Service Representative

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our a local company's team. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Data entry for clients.
• Handling Certificates of Insurance.
• Completing Change requests.
• Sending out endorsements.

Qualifications:

• Insurance licensed in relevant states (IL, OH, IN, TX, FL, MO).
• Experience in commercial property/casualty insurance preferred.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data entry and computer applications.
• Willingness to obtain licensing in additional states as required.
