Crescent Community Health Center is a mission driven and patient centered Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located among the bluffs of the Mississippi River in Dubuque, Iowa. Successful applicants must be adept at all aspects of health care administration of a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), including operations, administration, strategy, planned growth, finance, human capital, mission advancement, community relations and governance.

Preferred candidates will have earned a master's degree in health care administration, master's degree in public health or similar degree and have a minimum of five years of progressively responsible management experience in a health care operation.
