We are looking to expand our team by adding DSP IIIs.

Direct Support Professional III - works with individuals who have more challenging behavioral support needs and therefore additional training, competence, activity, is expected of this position. Applicants need to start with and understand the importance of developing a relationship with clients in order to be successful in carrying out this position. Full-time positions currently available:

  • The schedule provides an average of 203 days off a year with just a 3 day work week
  • Schedules are typically 3 12 hour shifts such as: Sun, Mon, Tues 8A-8P. Or Wed, Thurs, Sat 9A-9P.
  • We pay Premium Pay (1.5 times base wage) for any Weekend Hours.

Average Wage (blended between regular and premium pay) ranges between $22.32 -- $23.80 per hour.

  • Wages average is based on 2 week days (lower pay rate) and 1 weekend day (1.5x premium pay), which blends to create the average wage.
  • Additional pay for 1 or more years work experience Behavioral Health Setting
  • Additional pay for college related education for AA or BS/BA; or CMA/CNA Certifications as well.

Applicants must be able to meet the following requirements:

  • H.S. Diploma or Equivalent is required with preferred Bachelors in related field.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Applicants must qualify as an approved driver; use of personal vehicle required (mileage reimbursement applies), with minimum insurance requirements of $ 25,000.00 bodily injury liability (found on Declarations page of your policy).
  • Must be able to stay awake for the entire shift.
