Your impact on team

The Integrated Campaigns Manager is responsible for optimizing campaign performance through best practice implementation and data analysis. They will work proactively with the Marketing teams to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns within the context of the total customer journey.

 

This is a remote position open to applicants located and authorized to work for any employer within the United States.

 

What you will be doing

  • Collaborate with product marketing managers to help inform the strategy and tactics for multi-channel marketing campaigns, including planning, strategizing, and executing.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure that campaign tactics are executed on time, support campaign goals, and align with the customer journey.
  • Be a thought leader in marketing campaign builds and content best practices; socialize best practices across all Marketing to elevate campaign performance.
  • Optimize campaign outcomes by continually monitoring performance and adjusting campaign elements real-time; also use data to inform new campaign builds.
  • Solicit ongoing customer and internal feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support other campaign activities, as designated by Director.

We’re looking for someone with

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or sales, with a deep understanding of the higher ed landscape. Experience building campaigns is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of current digital marketing strategies and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to lead key projects and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, negotiation, and oral/written communication skill.
  • Knowledge of course materials sales and adoption process
  • Must be organized, self-motivated, and be able to work independently as well as part of Integrated Campaigns team. Ability to multitask and efficiently manage time and priorities is critical.
  • Ability to build trusted and highly collaborative relationships; experience working cross-functionally.
  • Displays and acts with initiative, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Brings mix of content, creative, and analytical skills

The pay range for this position is between $62,000 - $90,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
