Job Overview

Join the Y and make a difference! The Dubuque Community Y is hiring a Group Leader position at our Before and After School Sites, specifically Eisenhower Elementary School, located at 3170 Spring Valley Rd, Dubuque, IA 52001.

This is in our before and after school programs. As a group leader, you will assist children with homework, play games, and encourage positive social skills. Supervise Group Leaders assigned to your site. Ability to pass a criminal back ground check is required.

Starting at $14/hour, this position also includes a free Y membership and meals are provided if your shift is during a mealtime. No nights or weekends are required and we are closed most holidays! Sign on bonuses also available for those that qualify.
