Job Overview
- Supports communications activities including, but not limited to internal and external communications, projects and employee meetings.
- Maintains and executes project plans.
- Supports multi-platform communication tools including email, intranet, social media, video, screen savers and digital displays.
- Measures and evaluates success against communications goals.
- Manages multiple projects simultaneously.
- Works closely with business partners to draft and edit communications, talking points and presentations, effectively capturing the voice and strategic priorities of the organization.
- Helps ensure core messages are consistent across the organization and reflects strategic priorities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelors in Advertising, Business Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Media, Public Relations or related field required.
- 3-5 years experience managing marketing, public relations, or communications projects required.
- Banking or other financial experience preferred.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must possess excellent organization and planning skills; time and project management.
- Excellent attention to detail, including strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, sometimes demanding and challenging environment, while maintaining perspective.
- Ability to work alone or lead a team to get the job done, manage the flow of projects, programs and processes necessary to attract and retain customers.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and other applicable software applications.
